Download / Install

Open valerie.ng in Chrome
Use Google Chrome on your Android phone (recommended).

Tap "Install app" or the install icon
You may see an install banner at the bottom, or tap the ⋮ menu → Install app / Add to Home screen.

Open Valerie from your home screen
Launch the installed app, then tap Enable notifications when prompted. On Android 13+, also allow notifications for Chrome in system Settings.

Save to Home Screen

Open valerie.ng in Safari
Apple requires Safari for Add to Home Screen (not Chrome on iOS).

Tap the Share button
Tap the Share icon at the bottom of Safari (square with arrow pointing up).

Choose "Add to Home Screen"
Scroll the share sheet, tap Add to Home Screen, then Add. Valerie will launch full-screen from your home screen.

Open from home screen & enable notifications
Open the Valerie icon on your home screen (not Safari). Tap Enable notifications and choose Allow — Valerie will then appear under Settings → Notifications.
