MGEs onboard and support merchants on Valerie — helping them launch storefronts, list products, and grow sales. Recruitment runs in timed windows with a 20-minute online assessment.
- Guide new merchants through registration and first listings
- Support store growth, verification, and day-to-day success
- Work with regional managers and the Valerie workforce team
